GhostEncrypt — Shipping Policy


Processing & Dispatch

All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of purchase, Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or Australian public holidays are dispatched on the next business day. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.


Shipping Method

All Ghost Edition devices ship via Australia Post Express — tracked, insured, and prioritised for fast delivery across all Australian states and territories. Express shipping is included in the price of every order at no extra charge.

These are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary during peak periods.


Packaging

Every Ghost Edition ships in plain, unmarked packaging. No branding, no product name, no indication of contents is visible on the outside of the package. Discretion is standard on every order — you will never have to ask for it.


Tracking

A tracking link is emailed to you automatically once your order is dispatched. You can track your delivery in real time through the Australia Post website using your tracking number.


International Shipping

We currently ship to Australia only. International shipping is not available at this time. If you are located outside of Australia and are interested in a Ghost Edition, contact us directly at contact@ghostencrypt.io and we will do our best to assist.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at contact@ghostencrypt.io or via WhatsApp at https://w.app/ghostencrypt. All shipments are insured — we will resolve the issue promptly and at no cost to you.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. GhostEncrypt is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us within 2 hours of purchase and we will correct it before dispatch.
